Over the past few years, fluorine organic chemistry has grown significantly. The interest in fluorinated analogues of biologically active compounds is continuously increasing. Incorporating fluorine atom(s) of fluoroalkyl groups may greatly modify the chemical properties and biological activities of these molecules.
